About Molly

Molly helps people shift their perspective and build the trust that elevates performance, morale, and connection — through change, challenge, or the constant distraction of an AI-driven world. Her strategies are practical and stick long after the talk ends.

Her own drive to push past what she thought was possible became the lens she brings to every organization she works with. She holds a BS and MA in Sports Medicine and spent six years as a certified athletic trainer, fourteen as a teacher and coach, and the last decade as a professional speaker — a path that taught her culture isn’t built by mission statements, it’s built by people showing up exhausted on a Tuesday and choosing to care anyway. Today she brings that same understanding to service-based organizations facing their own burnout and turnover.

She’s pushed that same drive into elite personal achievement: a best-selling author, an Ironman triathlete, champion bodybuilder, and a top-30 finisher on “The Great American Speak-Off” — with feats including climbing the Everest equivalent in under 32 hours and summiting all 46 of New York’s highest peaks.
